Picture glitter first save the picture for practice,left click on the picture opens in a new window,right click and save as
Open in Ulead gifanimator select obj.,click selection tool magic wand,similarity 100 click on the dress..cut and paste duplicate selected objects.. again duplicate selected objects duplicate frame again duplicate frames go to start 1 for make the glitter.
