For these tutorial you need,the picture and the Mask,save both as jpg,left click on the picture,open in a new window..rightclick an save as.
open ulead gifanimator,open an existing image file!open the picture..insert a blank object click object(top of page)selection..click.. load selection!
click on the mask..do not resize checked click open
click object...selection(top of page)click invert!set foreground color at white..click filtool..similarity 100 transparence 0 antialias unchecked..allow painting on transparent areas checked
click in the selection if it not fill with the color,klik ok and trye again previeuw oké!
click edith on the workspace....click object(top of page)selection click none previeuw and safe as gif!!My example with sparkle filters
